Crockpot Cinnamon Roll Casserole

I love easy recipes, especially crockpot recipes. With my busy schedule and big family to feed, these usually work best for me. Below is an easy and delicious breakfast recipe the whole family will enjoy! You will need the following ingredients:

  • 2-3 12 oz Cans of cinnamon rolls (your choice)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters, lightly grease your crockpot. Place half of the cinnamon rolls (already cut up) in the bottom of the crock pot. Then in a small bowl whisk (or stand mixer) together the eggs, milk, syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Take the egg mixture and pour over the cinnamon rolls in the crock pot. Now add the rest of the cinnamon rolls on top. Then drizzle one icing packet over the 2nd layer of the cinnamon rolls. Place the crock pot and cook on LOW for 2 to 2 ½ hours. After the cook time, remove the crock pot lid and drizzle the last icing packet over the cinnamon rolls. Serve right away and enjoy!
