This is one my favorite side dishes. Even people who think they don’t like asparagus enjoy this dish. Pair this with the Crack Chicken recipe, it’s so yummy! You will need the following ingredients:
*Bushel of asparagus
*Grated Parmesan cheese (fresh is best!)
*Virgin olive oil
*Dash of salt and pepper
Preheat the oven for 425 degrees. Pop the ends off the fresh asparagus, throw away the end pieces. Line the asparagus up in a large, glass pan. Dash of salt and pepper (to taste) then drizzle the olive oil over all. Take your hand and roll the asparagus in the pan until all is covered. Bake on 425 for 20 minutes, pull out and sprinkle parmesan cheese then bake for 5 more minutes or until crust starts turning brown. Easy and delicious, right? Enjoy!
